She is in charge of all Financial matters of the company. She has over 20 years of experience working for large banks. She works closely with the Accountants to make sure all the company’s finances are up to date.

Renzo A. Villanueva
President & COO

He works alongside the CEO handling all business aspects of the company.

He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) Honors degree in Civil Engineering (First Class) from City University of London, UK and; a Master of Science (MSc) in Real Estate (Distinction) from Cass Business School in London, UK, focusing on Real Estate Development, Finance, and Investment. He is a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma International Honor Society Recognizing Business Excellence.

Gonzalo N. Villanueva

He is in charge of project management and specifications.

He holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Honors degree in Civil Engineering (Upper Second Class) from Kingston University London, UK and; a Master of Science (MSc) in Construction Management (Merit) from City University of London, UK.

Luciano E. Villanueva
Project Manager

He is in charge of on site project management and supervision.

He holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration majoring in Entrepreneurship from West Virginia University and a proud member of the Kappa Alpha Order.
